Customer Preference Center Setup

Overview 

Setting up the Customer Preference Center requires support on both the client-side, to develop the UI and implement the APIs, and the Algonomy side, to ensure that both UPS and CPC have been configured within the site configs.

This how-to contains information for both the retailer and Algonomy implementation teams.

Procedure

  1. Business conversation to align and establish success criteria.

  2. Share API info with client – requires client front-end development.

  3. Site configurations: Turn on UPS and Preference Center.

  4. Enable preference-based strategies (post R2.0).
